Hello everybody!
Currently our mobile games are designed to be in use for a single user account.
This means that once signed in, your Facebook/Google account will be locked into the device.
💡Please note: the only way you can permanently log out of the application is to do a full factory reset on your Android device. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may log your Facebook/Google account out, but it will not allow you to connect a second Facebook/ Google account. The device will only allow the original Facebook/Google account to sign in.
In order to disconnect and log out of your Android device, you must clear the apps data on your device by following these steps:
- Go to the 'Settings' app on your device
- Select 'Apps'
- Select app name: Heart of Vegas/ Cashman Casino/ Lightning Link/ Mighty Fu Casino
- Select 'Storage' (or 'Storage & Cache')
- Select on the 'Clear Data' (or 'Clear Storage').
- Please note that this will delete all of the game's settings
- Once that is done please uninstall and reinstall the game
WARNING: Performing a factory reset of your device and erasing all content and settings will delete all of the data from your device. This includes songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and everything else. All device settings are restored to their factory condition.
