How do I get a refund?
In most cases, Google Play handles all billing matters. Product Madness simply applies the credit once Google processes the order.
Since we don’t handle your credit card, to request a refund, it’s best to contact Google directly.
If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours of your purchase:
- Visit Google's Returns and refunds on Google Play help article.
- Select Option 2: Request a refund on the Google Play website.
If you are requesting a refund after 48 hours of your purchase:
- Tap Apps, games, & in-app purchases (including subscriptions).
Provide Google with as much information as possible, such the Order number for the purchase.
