How do I get a refund?
In most cases, Google Play handles all billing matters. Product Madness simply applies the credit once Google processes the order.
To request a refund directly from Google:
- Visit Google's Request a refund on Google Play help article.
- Select Option Request a refund.
Provide Google with as much information as possible, such the Order number for the purchase.
You can also request a refund from the Google Play website:
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture.
- Click Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & order history.
- For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.
- Select the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
- Click Submit.
