Playing video games can be a fun part of a balanced life, but Product Madness recognizes that there can be too much of a good thing. We want to ensure we’re providing you with a safe, enjoyable experience; that includes empowering you with the ability to exclude yourself from our games. This Self-Exclusion Policy explains how you can implement this type of change, and how this change will impact your ability to access Product Madness games in the future.
Please read this policy carefully. If you have questions after reading this policy, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
Regardless of your reason -- for example, you may be struggling to exercise control over your gameplay, your gameplay may be having a negative effect on your life, or you simply no longer wish to have a Product Madness account -- you can contact our Customer Service team at any time to request that your account be banned. The Customer Support team will promptly action your request, no questions asked. Once implemented, your access to the app will be blocked.
How can I request Self-Exclusion?
- You have the option to Self-Exclude your account for minimum 1 year or longer by simply contacting the Customer Support team. Please note that Product Madness can also impose a ban on your account at our discretion. The Customer Support team will process your request within a reasonable time period after receiving your request. Once a ban has been implemented, Product Madness will continue to take reasonable steps in the future, in accordance with our policies, to ban any new accounts you create across all Product Madness games if and when we are able to connect those new accounts to you.
- Your account will remain blocked and can be reviewed for reopening following the minimum Self-Exclusion period you have chosen has elapsed. To initiate the reopening process of your account you will need to contact the Customer Support team. Please do not attempt to access your account in any manner before the Customer Support team confirms that is permitted to do so. Product Madness will not be responsible for an inadvertently use of your account before that confirmation.
