Having issues with your friends not showing on the daily wheel?
Please find below a guide on how to make sure all your settings are correct:
From your Facebook home page click on the menu
The menu can either be found at the top on android devices or at the bottom on iOS. If you are on a desktop please click here. https://support.productmadness.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039815532
This will then bring you here, where you will need to select Settings and Privacy.
You will then need to select Settings.
Within settings you should now have this view or similar, look for Apps and Websites
Then click on Logged in with Facebook
Once here this will show you all the apps you have connected to your Facebook account. Find the game in question and click on Edit.
The next page will show you everything you are sharing with the game, we are looking to make sure Friends List is active as seen below.
If up until this point all your settings are correct but you are still not receiving your friend's bonus please take a screenshot of this page and contact support https://support.productmadness.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
If your friend's list is not active you will not be able to see it in the list.
To re-enable the sharing of your friends with the game you would first need to remove the game from your Facebook, choose the game you will be removing as seen below. then click on
You will then be asked to confirm the removal. Click on Remove.
Once you have followed all these steps please open the game in question i.e Heart Of Vegas and re-link it to your Facebook.
This should have now updated the sharing of your friends. You can check this by following the steps from the top to make sure you are now sharing your friends.
