There are two ways to access this information: In-App or Online.
Using the Online Support Page
First find the link for the Support Page (https://support.productmadness.com/hc/en-us). On the home page you will see a banner, search bar and several sections: one for each game--Heart of Vegas, Cashman Casino, Mighty Fu, Lightning Link, Responsible Gameplay, Announcements, and one general section that is applicable to all games--Useful Information.
There are two ways to browse for information: search bar, or manually.
The search bar function is something called an elastic active search bar. As you type, the search bar will generate suggestions based on your key word(s). The suggestions will search both the title of the articles and the content of the articles to help ensure you're provided with the most relevant suggestions.
Manual searching is always good to try out so you can browse what articles are available and see if/why your search terms don't match.
Tap into a section you feel best matches what you're looking for, and browse the articles within each subsection.
If you suddenly think of another way to search for the article you want, the search bar will follow you where ever you go and live in the upper right corner.
Opening up an article will also show you relevant article suggestions to the left of the article that was opened. Again, the search bar stays to the upper left if you need to search another term!
