Mission & Reward Functionality Update

We understand there has been some misunderstandings surrounding the functionality of rewards and how they are added to your balance. 

We've been working on a solution and it's here!

Our new revamp of rewards and missions allow for manual claiming, greater detail in the missions and a true Tier progression meter!

Lightning Tier Rewards/Rewards View

Tapping on the Lightning Total will open up the rewards list. As you can see, there have been several changes made to the Rewards View. We will go into further details below. 

Important note: All unclaimed rewards at the end of the season will be automatically claimed and added to your balance!

Within the Rewards View:

• There is now a much clearer meter on the side that shows your progression through the rewards. 
  
  • The green check marks it as unlocked and/or collectable. The red padlock signifies you've still not unlocked it!
• Coupled with the progression improvement, we've now revamped rewards to be claimed manually rather than automatically to mitigate confusion!
  • To the right of the reward you can see a green "Collect" button
    
  • Once tapped, it'll become muted and say "Collected"
    
  • You can also use the button at the bottom middle to collect all available rewards!
    
  • Similarly, once you've collected all the available rewards, the button will become muted.
    

You can also see if you've unlocked any rewards where ever you are by looking at the Lightning Total! When you've unlocked a new reward you'll receive a small banner that notifies you of your reward.

Once the banner disappears, a red badge will appear on your Lightning Total to keep you alerted to new rewards.

Lightning Missions/Missions View

The Missions View wasn't changed drastically in functionality, rather it was reorganized to read better. 

At the middle top of the missions, you can see a tab that now more clearly shows when the missions reset for the next day.

Taking a look at missions, you can see that each one has a game, description of the mission, a progress meter, a reward and a play button. 

Tapping the green "Play" button  will take you straight into the game to play!

Tier Progression Meter

 Taking a look at either view, you'll notice a Tier Progression Meter sitting above your rewards or missions. 

There's a few things on here to unpack, so let's go through one by one:

• The Rewards/Missions buttons:
  
  
  • These buttons will be displayed at the left end of the meter and will take to you either Rewards View or Missions View. 
  • For example above, we were in the Missions View, so it shows the Rewards button. Tapping it will take us to the Rewards view, where it will now show the Missions button. 
• In the center is the Tier Progression Meter, and the Season Name.
  • Season Name will display at the top middle and will correspond to your badges earned in your Profile (you can access your profile by tapping on your tier badge in the upper left corner). 
    
  • The Tier Progression Meter will show your current Tier and the next with your progress percentage in between. 
    
• A the far right it shows when the season will end. 
  

Additional Update: Bonus Spins

The functionality has not changed, however, the name has changed! The Hold & Spin Bonus is now just Bonus Spin! 

To Exit from either view, you can tap either your Lightning Total (top middle) or your Missions button (to the right) and it should take you back to where you were previously.
