A: To retain your account information and progress, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm your current Plarium Heart of Vegas User ID.
2. Create a new account on Heart of Vegas via the mobile app.
3. Provide Customer Support with your old Plarium User ID along with your new User ID so we can transfer your progress to your new account.
