Receipts for purchases made through our app will be forwarded to your email account immediately after making the purchase.
You will have both the receipt number which is a 12 digit ID number that starts with a 172 number and also the order id which is alpha-numeric. You can also provide a screenshot of the receipt in order for us to better assist you with your inquiry.
Unfortunately, Apple deals with all purchase-related inquiries for anything made via our iPad mobile games. We, unfortunately, we have no control over these purchases.
