Where can I locate my purchase? iOS

In order to see your purchase history on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then Media & Purchases and Purchase History
3. To see more details of a purchase, simply tap on it.

You will have both the receipt number (document no.) which is a 12 digit ID and also the order id which is alpha-numeric. You can also provide a screenshot of the receipt in order for us to better assist you with your inquiry.

Unfortunately, Apple deals with all purchase-related inquiries for anything made via our iPad mobile games. We, unfortunately, have no control over these purchases. 

If you still have questions about your purchase(s), please feel free to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team. Please make sure to include the transaction id number of the purchase(s), the purchase amount, date, and your user ID.
