Yeah same here , They take the money off the card right then ....but wont give coins sad way to run a site...maybe we should write FB about these issues!!

I have been escalating a chip issue for 2 weeks...No action. After about 4 days, the request just goes away. Isn't there a way to escalate an issue in here?

I was double charged last week when I purchased the Mama Mia slots and emailed them immediately to let them know about the mistake.  I never heard back from them, was never credited on my CC.  When I went to check to see if they received my email it says the ticket # has either been resolved or deleted.  Looks as though I got screwed out of and extra 10 bucks.  This will never happen again.  I will never purchase from this or any other site for games etc online.  I sent them an email basically telling them to keep the extra ten bucks and put it where the sun don't shine LOL  Pissed customer

I'm waiting for 10,000 credits for Big City Bingo.  They said they were updating my balance within 2 hours - that was on January 25th.  I'm still waiting, however, they CLOSED the trouble tickets deeming the problem solved.  Bunch of thieves.
