I submitted a problem a while back, still have not had any resolution to the problem, and the problem seem to be increasing! Cannot play most of the games, the Aztec game immidiately goes to the bonus screen but won't allow me to "place" any of the stones. The Gold Diggers game locks up when you play the gopher bonus. Now the Enchanted game won't play at all - it loads but when you click on the game to start, it does nothing. Exact same thing on the Mafia game. I really like to play these, but will have to quit and delete if I can't play. This problem has been going on since at least November. Please FIX!!!

Same issues as all of you, and have been notified 3 times that it is resolved, only to find the same thing. I also have deleted it twice, still has the same problem. Like someone else said, I had been on a great winning streak, and it locked up. Maybe that is why, because they do not want people to win, therefore they lose revenue from the people who but tokens. I have never bought any myself, but just a thought.

been locked out since 12-23-11. i have been told it's resolved and had my case closed over 30 times. i did not install this game so i don't know how i would uninstall it. others have played this game through facebook on this computer with this browser and as soon as they logged out, i logged in and still get the locked out message. so it has to be on their end. if you bought coins and have been locked out more than a week, i suggest you do a charge back to get your money back. you can do it through paypal or your credit card. i really like the 3d slot games and i hope one day to get to play them again.

I have done 1, 2, 3, and I don't have the problem listed in number 4. I have sent pictures, a video of the exact problem, and I have explained that several different FaceBook users have logged into their account on my computer on different browsers and were able to play the game and as soon as they logged out, I logged in and was still locked out. So it is a programming bug on your end Product Madness.
