unable to play after purchasing credits

I have not purchased any tokens for this game.  I have not been able to play the game for well over 3 weeks now.. I have submitted several problem tickets and the issue has yet to be resolved.  I can only collect the bonus. I cant get gifts, I can play any of the games.  It is saying that I was blocked out from the game. Why I have no ideal..Good Luck to you..

I submitted a problem a while back, still have not had any resolution to the problem, and the problem seem to be increasing!  Cannot play most of the games, the Aztec game immidiately goes to the bonus screen but won't allow me to "place" any of the stones.  The Gold Diggers game locks up when you play the gopher bonus.  Now the Enchanted game won't play at all - it loads but when you click on the game to start, it does nothing.  Exact same thing on the Mafia game.  I really like to play these, but will have to quit and delete if I can't play.  This problem has been going on since at least November.  Please FIX!!!

My account is locked as well.Happened 12-30-11. And I bought tokens just before it happened! now I can't play and I am really getting ticked off.I have submitted numerous complaints but keep getting the same reply.(They are working on it) My suggestion would be ,find someone who knows what they are doing and fix the problem.

After numerous emails you said I just had to reset password, have done this to no avail. As with all other complaints above, favorite game - can only get bonuses but can't play. Disappointed as I have finally gotten loads of credits, which is hard to get; and now I can't play.  Clearly the answers to our request are computerized and there is no solution!!

I really liked this slots game but is this worth the headache. I've never had this much trouble with any game on facebook. I guessI'll just quit trying to load this game ' Maybe after they lose most of there players they can fix the darn thing.

I have done as they asked and that is to remove the app and then reinstall it. I did this and it sill has me locked out. For the short period of time that I got to play it was great, but that was only for about an hour.

Same issues as all of you, and have been notified 3 times that it is resolved, only to find the same thing. I also have deleted it twice, still has the same problem. Like someone else said, I had been on a great winning streak, and it locked up. Maybe that is why, because they do not want people to win, therefore they lose revenue from the people who but tokens. I have never bought any myself, but just a thought.

been locked out since 12-23-11. i have been told it's resolved and had my case closed over 30 times. i did not install this game so i don't know how i would uninstall it. others have played this game through facebook on this computer with this browser and as soon as they logged out, i logged in and still get the locked out message. so it has to be on their end. if you bought coins and have been locked out more than a week, i suggest you do a charge back to get your money back. you can do it through paypal or your credit card. i really like the 3d slot games and i hope one day to get to play them again.

Still Locked OUT...I did however receive this message...I am still not able to play..I have lost bonuses etc I swear this makes you want to stop playing the games...You try to be patient...But how much more do you have to do...

I have done 1, 2, 3, and I don't have the problem listed in number 4.  I have sent pictures, a video of the exact problem, and I have explained that several different FaceBook users have logged into their account on my computer on different browsers and were able to play the game and as soon as they logged out, I logged in and was still locked out. So it is a programming bug on your end Product Madness.

My game was recently locked, and it took me 3 email tries to get it fixed, now that it's working, I've only spun the reel between 30 & 50 times, and NOW my level up points are not adding up! Please again fix this problem for me! Thank you!

R U serious! I absolutely love this game, and it seems to be messing up way too much. It's still not leveling up until I stop playing and then go back later and mysteriously I've gained a few. Is this some kind of game for you on the other end, to mess with us? Good Lord!!

Also having a problem with level up bonuses. I haven't gotten my last 3 level up bonuses because the game isn't realtime and doesn't add the new points until completely leaving the game and starting over. This is ridiculous.

I purchased the Mamma Mia game - was charged 3 times for it for a total of $30 - never given any FB credits for the over-charge - I'm now out $20 - have been trying to resolve this since January 20th.  I have received neither the credits nor the return of my overpayment.  Either/or would be acceptable to me.  Receiving no feedback whatsoever.  How long does it take to resolve something like this ?
