Why do I keep getting this message and I do exactly what they tell me to do and it doesnt seem to work.  Ive been ignored with this problem and told that its fixed and to try again in about 10 miniutes But still they report the problem as solved and close the request and nothing changes. I havnt been able to play now for 3 weeks and when I post a new request they just delete it they wont even acknowledge it!!!  WHY????  WHAT IS WRONG?? My girlfreind plays her account everyday without ever having a problem as I did for a long time and just 1 day this started happening but just to me ... and we are on the same server and everything. please someone help!

I have a problem that you have locked me out and if I send this request to the email you have  given on the site page you would fix it and let me know.  Ihave not heard from you  yeat and am wondering  if I did something wrong to be locked out or  just what happened for this to lock me out...

Same here, have been locked out for weeks, says it's solved or my reported messages are no longer there!  Sounds like some rinky dink operation if you ask me.  Glad I didn't pay for any tokens or I'd be really pissed!

Same here for a week now, after 4 emails they did respond saying they are working on the problem and  gave 500 coin gift.

Try 12 emails that were deleted and not awnsered and blowen offf with that same old damn cookie cutter email to try back in 10 min .....errrrrr

same here lock out for 2mo. to bad such a fun game,one of the best but poor help.

Have same issues.  Is there a reason for lock out?  Happened before, but issue was fixed within a couple of hours.  Been 2 weeks now.  

Best game agreed.  Miss it.

 Not poor help, just under paid (in my estimation}.  This is one of the few sites where there is no pressure to pay for play.  

Hope issues get fixed soon.

2015471485 and said I'm locekd out. I have tryed to get this fixed and all that is said is we are working on it. I'm tired of getting told that and then they close out the workorder knowing it isn't fixed. I find it very bad customer service. I have even told them I would delete the app and reload it if they will give me my money to see if that helps. NO RESPONCE! I have tried using different browsers and also upgraded my Adobe flash like requested. I have done my part of fixing the issue, a email back explaining how YOU are tring to fix the problem would help. I would be fighting this hard and deleting the whole game but everyone else can log onto my computer and use it just fine and they want me as friends to send gifts. PLEASE step up and fix this issure.

i'm begining  to beleive they let you play for a few months untill your doing good   then if you dont buy chips with real money they just lock you out the least they could do is to come here and answer the question instead of haveing other people with same problem try to figure it that doesnt work i've sent dozens of letters with the lock out message attached when they do respond it says its fixed and heres 500 chips for any inconveinous how ever you spell that lol i should have a few thousand extra chips now BUT  i'm still locked out  by the time they really fix it i'll probley have 30 million chips if i keep sending the message for the next 20 years   anyway good luck everyone if you wanna chat about it my email is tigs114@yahoo.com

Nsinclair999 I have exactly the same thing happening.  I had a big win like over 8,000 credits when this happened so I reckon if you get to a high point like that you are locked out so you will start playing with real $.  One of their messages said to uninstall it and then reinstall it but how the hell can you do that to an fb game that was already there.  I also think the replies to our emails are computer generated and you just keep getting the same info sent. I for one am very disappointed :(

Maybe its time to lodge a complaint with facebook. I think one of the terms of service is that developers provide support. Clearly these guys dont. I have had the same issue as everyone else and get the canned response and further reporting of the issue has been ignored.  Maybe they are out of their depth and have no idea that if you provide good customer service people will pay. Ravenwood fair is a good example 24hr turn around on replies. Its a pitty that they obviously have spent a lot of money with the graphics and it gets people in but the back end customer support is a massive fail.

With the number of people reporting this issue clearly there is a major flaw in the programming side. How about trying to fix it please guys.

Its a wonder someone has not set up a facebook page where people can record there failure in support.

Support costs money BUT it keeps people happy.

One unhappy user will tell as many as they can.

very very dissapointed user.

I wrote and requested they remove me from their system but that was totally ignored.

I have the same problem & have put in numerous requests & they have done nothing just sent me computer generated emails telling me it is deemed solved when it is not! Been told to uninstall & reinstall but that didn't work either!! Very Angry!!!!!

I'm locked out also - what a shame since it was an enjoyable game --- BUT will be moving onto something else now instead of waiting for this to be resolved.....I've been out for 3 days.

I have paid money to the TEAM Slots and I am blocked out as well, with no responses!  I think I have spent $100 on there!  I really want this fixed!
