I have over a 100 gifts in 3D slots, but they do not show up on the site so that I can receive them.

No gifts..in the game and shows on FB notifacations ..but click on them and they do not transfer to the game!!!!

i have the same problem and have had it for over a week now.  PLZ FIX THIS

I have the same problem, it started right after you started adding ads, and the other add button. Please provide fix asap, or I will be cancelling this application.

my gifts stopped showing up so cant collect. HELP!

So what is the fix?  How do you get the gifts?  I get the bonus but  the gifts and likes are sporadic

I am with the others - I receive notification that  a friend has sent me a gift in the 3D Slots games - yet when I go to "collect" it, they are no longer showing up.

Ok.. we're all having this problem... so what's the solution Product Madness/3D Slots??? 

Hey fellow non-gift receivers!!!  I followed the advice of somebody (forget who) on the fan page to contact support directly by sending them a request and use as much detail as possible when explaining the issue, however they are aware of it and are trying to fix it, they can fix (I believe) ones they are directly made aware of at that time.  Seemed to have worked on my end.  They will keep you updated via email of the progress of the request, and pretty quickly as well.  Hope it stays fixed and hope your able to have some luck with it, figured I would share the information wealth!! LOL  Good Luck!!

Having the same problem. Can't receive all my gifts. Box where it says ARE YOU HUMAN  IS SO DIFFICULT. IS THE SUPPORT TEAM ' HUMAN' or are they aliens? Please tell me how to get my gifts.  I have tried to send message to support, but  the HUMAN question is always rejected so I can't send a message to them.WHAT TO DO? // With all the above statements I'm sure they are aware of the problem. I don't believe they are trying to do anything to fix the problem.  ENOUGH TIME HAS PASSED, THERE ARE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!!

I know I have been sent gifts and they are not showing up...I like the game...but if this is going to be the way it is...well, like other games I have played...I will delete it...Why do there have to be soooooo many problems !!!!!!

I am not able to obtain my gifts...they are storing up....

it seems that about every 3 or 4 days I can get  my gifts -- BUT -- I need the coins (lol) -gambler at heart --but for the last 4 days My gifts have added up -without me being able to collect 

My notifications field shows that I should have received over 30 gift from my friends, but they haven't been showing up on my game site. Plus I am no longer getting the thumb's up LIKE bonus. Just would like to know what is going on.

The same here,I like the games but for the last 3 weeks none of the gifts have been showing up.

I am having the same issue of being notified of receiving gifts on facebook, yet when I access the app, they do not appear. Very frustrating.

i cant get my gifts and i get bonus and they dont work  thats not fair and they take our coins and it spins then an error message comes up

I cant receive my gifts either.   Also, my sister gets more coins on her bonus  every 4 hrs than me or my husband do, anyone else having that problem?   We are both at a higher level than she is, why would someone get more than someone else?

I also am unable to collect any gifts from my friens, gosh I have gotten alot that are stuck in cyber land somewhere.. About to give up on your games.

Unable to collect gifts for a couple of months now.. submitted request/complaint and got an email saying they were looking at it...checked again to see if there was a solution and was told I had no access to that complaint number and the reason given was that the problem had either been deleted or solved....gee thanks a lot!! Still nothing resolved!!!!!

what is going on my gifts disappear when this went down the other day had 42 all disappeared, please give me them back

it told me i had 5 gifts this morning and i only recieved 1 whats going on i am a loyal player and have hve purchaced many a credits but right now i need my gifts to play
