i have the same problem. what is wrong?

Why won't the experience bar advance?????????

my level up bar won't advance either... also the carnival game "stutters" and errors

After several days of playing, by experiece bar is not yet past  ~ZERO~

I've requested help several times, and my request, after 4 DAYS is still "waiting to be assigned to Customer Service"

So  according to the abov eamils I don't have much hope that you WILL resolve my issues but I always give everyone a chance. I can not accesss the bee game(only one not locked) I have money on game, just when I go in all it ever says is ERROR what the heck is going on. I have never been able to even play the game. I don't want to bother with it much more an d will remove your sight from my favorites if I don't hear from you? Good luck gentlemen & women, sounds like you have some unhappy customers, hope yo get to my request in a jiffy?

I was playing mr. vegas and it went to the curtain bonus and locked up this is my second request to fix it if possible so I hope you can

Every time you pay for coins then the game quits!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is my last try to ask you to please help me with my 3 d  slot game. i love it ! when i can play it and that has been a long time this must be my 4th request for help and the curtain time. to bad maybe you should close down the game and work on it for us who love the game i am willing to wait!!!

so it seems to me that this game is a ripoff con game cause most of us have purchased tokens and that is when the game stops you from loading a slot. so in response to this am going to report this game to facebook officals for action to be taking. An email in response would of been easier on your part but if my twenty bucks helps you you should of asked for more maybe i would of gave it to you and not had to had the tokens in return. to bad too was a great app.

Locked me out again today!!!!!Too bad we all have to pay for coins for this game!!! Should at least refund our money!!!!!!!

I get in the game and the curtain opens  but nothing happens I have never  got to play any of the games so can you please tell me whats wrong
