Charged But Not Credited

I was charged 5 times on Oct 14th on slot machine tournaments.... I contacted support was given credit for one purchase. Sent in all transaction ID's and even e-mailed and now get no response. How do we contact these people???

i have been charged 2 to 3 times for about 5 things hope they take care of this asap
