This is really annoying, when i get gift's and then goto site and their is none, oh but i can give gift's. But can't receive what's the deal. I'm about to ignore this site and suggest all the people who play to do the same.

Has the gifting feature ever been fixed? I have numerous people sending me gifts but I don't receive anything. I talked these people into playing, now they are all on my case...
This 3D Slots will lose its reputation fast if it doesn't fix it gifts so people can receive them !

I've recently been playing this site and am equally frustrated by the gifts not being received. I'm going to delete if this fix is not made a priority.
When the so called "help" line left a message, their address was not able to be delivered. What kind of a service is this? You may find fewer and fewer users!!

I absolutely love playing this and think the graphics are great. My problem is the same though...I have many gifts that I am unable to claim! I agree...it is very frustrating, especially when you can use those gifts to help you play longer! As it is...you can only play for a short time because it is very difficult to gain coins. This is very discerning, and I am finding myself not even wanting to bother wasting my time playing!
One more comment, if I may...I think once the problem gets fixed, they make it worth our while to continue playing to be able to make up for their game fault! I'm just saying...would be nice!

3D was my favorite slot game - I bought credits twice (could never collect friends' gifts though). Then it quit loading at all. After I submitted a support ticket something was done and the game loaded for a few days, then quit again. It will not load in any browser. Am I frustrated? Yes.

I get the Facebook notification like you said we should in the email BUT I do not and never have received the pop up in the game for gifts that have been sent to me by friends I have invited to the game or friends who have invited me to the game ???

Just sent a request to fix the gifting problem..then I found this..which explains a lot...I am not in the boat alone..this is not fun..when I started playing ,I received the gifts..but none of the gifts were over 100 so you can not play long..maybe time to go play Games instead
No point in submitting support tickets - if you don't agree with them they just count your request solved and close it. Then they erase any negative feedback here. I didn't even care about "gifting" problems - actually bought credits, but now can't get the game to load and they ignore my requests. This comment will likely disappear shortly like my others have.
The first time that I played 3D Slots, I did not like the game. I went back and played again and I really like it. I play Mr. Vegas and the graphics are awesome.
My issue is the same as the prior comments...I have mystery gifts and when I go to accept them, there is nothing there. The game also hangs up a lot and I have lost several spins on the slot machine when it comes up and the game hangs.
It is frustrating so I am asking if you will review the issues and make the necessary repairs so the game can be played and enjoyed.

Everything was fine until I unlocked and started playing that darned "Slotboss." At least I think that's when it started...that's when I remember it starting...anyway, now I get a message saying that I have a gift, but NOOOO! There's nothing there. All I have to say is,"Wha's up!" I know you have to have at least one techie working for you that can handle this problem, if not let us know.
I had over 40,000 until i started playing Slotfather. It doesnt let you use the 5.00 it says you are using 150 coins. can that be fixed? This is the only game I play because a friend asked me to. it is a very frustrating game. I am about to give it up like I have all my other games. It just plain sucks.

anyone else getting ripped of on their credits? I have been playing 3D slots for a while and have been watching the credits. It will say you win 1200 credits or whatever and it only gives you like 25-50. I played just a little while ago and won over 3,000 credits and it only shows I have 276. what a scam.... I understand and I have also told you that I my husband plays on this same laptop that I am using without any problems at all. It is indeed something to do with my account! I have tried using "Opera, IE, Firefox & Google Chrome. With both my account and my husbands. Ok I really do understand that you guys are trying to fix this issue.... However I don't believe you are reading my entire ticket. Why do you insist on closing this ticket before you have verified that the problem has been fixed? Because it is NOT fixed. I am running windows vista. I have tried 4 different browsers on the same computer (keep in mind my husbands account works just fine on the same pc) I can get my 4 hr. coin bonus, I am unable to collect gifts or when I click on a game IE Mr. Vegas that is when I get the following error!

OMG Really? They must have an automatic response system set up according to which problem you click on. I've also tried contacting them with no results. I'm on level 25 and the game shows that I haven't "achieved" starting to play the game along with several others that I should have "achieved".
I have about 12 gift i cann recieve, I have numerous people sending me gifts but I don't receive anything, i click accept on gift request, and it not the pc, its not the browers, all the other games work, just yours dosnt. ... im tired of it not working, why bother palying or aking freinds to join, if you can recive anything... ?

Looks like gifts were given throughout the holiday season this year....EXCEPT ON THIS SITE!......soooooooooo frustrating to get messages saying you have received them and yet....NOPE...NOT THERE! I can collect bonus, gifts, and send gifts. My problem is when I click on one of the games, I get the error message "your account has been locked". I too have tried other computers, other browsers, other internet providers. I think they use the same error message for EVERY problem and that's why they can't fix anything because they can't tell from the error message what is wrong. They even sent me a 500 coin bonus, that I was able to collect, but what good does that do when I still can't play the games? It took me 3 days to find the error message too because I was just getting a black screen. I was pulling my mouse along the black screen when it highlighted the error message.
