I can't even get into a game to begin with, the screen stays black. Is there a trick to this too?

my screen stays black also. I am able to go to the lobby to get my daily bonus but when i click play to get int game it says its loading and then all i get is a black screen

I have tried to play the 3D slot games several times.  I can get my bonus, but when I click on the game I want to play it says it's loading & then all I see is a black screen.  The game didn't load.  Help!!!

why dont the game load up so you can see the spin button. i cant play this game there fore i cant move on to the next level  cant yall find a solution to this problem i contacted yall 3 are 4 times about the same problem

I was having the same problems when I used Internet Explorer 9!! I installed google Chrome and used it instead of MSIE 9 and I didnt have ANY PROBLEM AT ALL!!  Hope it works for you guys too...=)

Yes, I have windows 7 64 bit, and tried on 32 bit, support ticket 53341, and it goes blank after loading. I did a Copy of video slots loading, then screen goes blank. I use Firefox browser and the game loads and plays but I have no sound???

Start in a black part of the screen, hold down on your left mouse button and pull your mouse up across the black screen. This should show you your error message, but let me warn you, you will not get any help by sending the error message to the place they say, and it can be very frustrating trying to get it fixed. I'm going on day 15 now. I came across the error message by accident. I can still collect bonus, gifts and send gifts but I can't play the games. I write to them 5 or 6 times a day and they ALWAYS reply it's solved but it never is and you have to re-open the case every time. Hope this helps someone because I'm not getting any help.
