I have been missing out on weekend bonus not recieved on ant of your bingo sites, would not download for me and friends request no there for me after getting a popup to let me know friend request is waiting. I have been out of all of credits since new system put in. Nothing wants to download for me includind weekend bonus to. Come on, I want these credits just like everyone else. On bingovilla Friday night A glitch was going on with a girl and she was get her bonus"s every 2 minutes and raked up 45,500 coins which I seen with my own eyes. just started playing 3D slots, none of the bonus rounds have been paying what they say I've won. Like the graphics & etc! But not cool to spend the money to play the game & not get what's due to you!

stand corrected, playing enchanted & the key bonus is the one that is not paying off.

why is it that when you go into a bonus round the game does not give you the credits you have won? would like to buy coins. but at this point it seems it would be a waste if you don't gewt any of your winnings. how is this fixed?

New to game and than i get ripped off in 3 D slots!!

I was playing Aztec and winning big got 2 bonuses and big wins and my balance was over $35,000 (now i'm wishing that i took a sceen shot!)

When i noticed my level wasn't moving at all (I should have levelled up at least once or twice with the wins and spins i was doing)

So i decided to go to the lobby to see if it fixed the level issue. 

when i went to lobby some of my money disappeared and i only had $26,000.

WHAT ON EARTH!!!

Please fix this problem as i really enjoy playing these games but not if i'm going to be ripped off like this.

Same here, i have 6 people sending me gift's and i only get one, the rest don't show up, what is the deal. I'm about to ignore this game and quit playing. It's the same thing everyday, people send me stuff i click on accept, and then only one person's name comes up when i have several people who sent me stuff. WHAT GIVES.

Me too! Loved the graphics but the first few times I tried to play I was disconnected due to inactivity???? I cant get my gifts and my winnings just dont show up!

I'm ready to give it up. It's just a waste of time playing when you run out of credit 5 minutes after starting because it doesnt credit anything I win!

I just love the Vegas game but i'm not receiving my friends free coins either. Very frustrating!! Also wish the free coins were only 2 hours apart.

help not getting 67 gifts . an sending out won't complete. i love the 3d slots but never getting mush when people send is not fair. i am usually out in minutes cause the small 4 hr bonus is not enough.noone is going to buy cause u don't get ur credits whenu win. this could be my favorite if i could get what u promised.  help me play longer an i have refered over 60 people 2.please advuse me. tysvm  carol

Hello, I am also new to this amazing game but when I invite friends but they don't show up on my game as friends and also unable to accept coins.

also, game needs to give more coins than 20, 50, and the 250 coin you give every 4 hours is not enough to help people enjoy the game.  If you have no time to enjoy it, why would you buy coins to play it?  Just my opinion.  If you fix  the quirks in the game, you just may have a winner!

Love the 3D slots!  I have yet to receive gifts from friends even when I get a message saying they are there.  Did I miss something?

Again I have friends that I got started on your game's and for the last 2 week I have not been able to collect there gifts of tokens,  This has happened more the once since I started your games.  Not real happy,but last time I told u about it, It was fixed within 24 hr.  I will wait..........

lost all but 2 of the 5 gifts sent in past 2 days. had 2 from same friend and they were lost. love the graphics(eps aztec). payout is what other slots i've tried. like the game, just would like to recieve gifts when given.

3D is my absolute favorite FB game...however you need to change some things if you want people to play! Friends are not added, starting amount and bonuses are not nearly enough to keep you playing and friend's gifts are uncollectable (and too small to matter).  I actually bought coins because I loved the game so much, but I will be out of coins soon and when I am I will not play anymore.  I also cannot convince my other friends to play because they say they run out of coins too fast.  You need to increase your bonuses, give daily return bonuses, fix the gifts issue, and make your slots pay out more or NO ONE is going to play!!

Good luck everyone. This site sucks. I have made several request and get nothing in return. I have had the same issues as everyone else. Not getting credits, no gifts ect. If you look at the tab " check your request" you have nothing pending, at least for me. I don't think they will ever fix there issues thay can't get back to there loyal players. I will be deleting this site until I get a response or thy fix the issues. Until then good luck everyone,

Not able to recieve bonus and gifts

I also had this problem, getting lots of gifts but nothing showed up - but unlike everyone else i got an answer from 3D slots, so hang in there you have to log in from your email to see your personal response
