it say its loging in but then all i get is a black screen   i can collect points and send them but i cant play the game

My 3D slots still not opening ,,,I love this game please please please fix it for me,,,,

My 5th support request:

"Are you people actually doing anything about the fact the game won't even load for many of us?

I see people complaining about the fact the "gifting" doesn't work, and we all know few coins are given by the game as bonuses anyway, but I haven't even complained publicly about that. I'm complaining because I can't use the "tokens" I PURCHASED!

When can we expect the loading problem to be addressed - you fixed it once for a few days - why not now? If  the "gifting" platform is the problem, why not disable it (and say you have) and at least let us play the game?"

They keep answering with things that aren't relevant, then "closing" the request saying "It's solved". Obviously it's NOT solved.
